Restaurant Le Vallon Genève

I wanted to share my experience at Le Vallon. Initially, I was a bit hesitant knowing there was new management, but I was ultimately very pleasantly surprised. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was outstanding, with the signature dishes remaining as delicious as ever, if not even better. There is truly a refined and distinctive touch in the new approach. I would like to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Zakaria, who guided us throughout this experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, extensive knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations were truly extraordinary. The new management has clearly elevated the restaurant to a higher level. The space is beautifully redesigned and more elegant, and the overall experience reflects a remarkable improvement in quality. A big thank you to Zakaria and the entire team for making this culinary experience so memorable. I highly recommend visiting Le Vallon it’s a must for anyone who hasn’t yet had the pleasure.

Beautiful garden, nice setting, professional service and excellt, well presented food in relaxing ambiance.

Had a beautiful dinner in the indoor terrace. Delicious French gastronomy with impeccable service. The pigeon was fantastic. Prices are on the higher side. Indoor decor is very quirky and unique. Would come back on a special occasion.

Exquisite dining experience, and very welcoming staff, the chef came to explain the dishes of the day and was very helpful. The food was so delicious, highly recommended.

The overall experience was not mind-blowing, especially considering the bill of 450+ for two, with no water or even a glass of wine included in the set menu. Additionally, our table was placed in a passageway, and both chairs were uncomfortably close to a hot radiator, which did not enhance our dining experience.
