Le Montblanc delivers a satisfying, indulgent dining experience, especially if you’re in the mood for comfort food done well. The burger is a real highlight — juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly put together, making it an easy choice and one of the strongest items on the menu. The lobster roll is also very enjoyable, with generous pieces of lobster and a rich, buttery dressing that feels indulgent without losing the sweetness of the seafood. The standout side has to be the black truffle fries — unapologetically decadent, heavily perfumed with truffle, and clearly made for those who love bold flavours. They may be a touch over-the-top for some, but truffle lovers will appreciate the generosity. Adding to the experience is the beautiful view overlooking the mountains and valleys of Crans-Montana, which elevates the meal and makes it an especially enjoyable place to linger. Overall, Le Montblanc offers quality dishes with a luxurious touch. It’s a solid choice for a relaxed yet indulgent meal.

Very good food. Piano player added to the ambiance. Chef intro in the kitchen was special. Only complaint is the meal took 2.5 hours, which was way too long.

my girlfriend and I had dinner at the Le Montblanc restaurant, and I can honestly say it was the best dinner we've ever had. from the friendliness of the staff to the welcoming atmosphere, we were treated so warmly and welcomingly throughout. we especially thank Laureen, who was truly friendly and professional! the food was incredible, we'll definitely be back!

Literally a top dining experience above Crans Montana. LeMontBlanc offers impeccable views, excellent service and dishes merit of their 1star Michelin. It was a wonderful and pleasurable dining experience.

We had lunch in Mont Blanc yesterday, and as usual, it was excellent quality, top service and one of the most beautiful views in Wallis. We have come here many times and appreciate the new innovative dishes on the lunch card. We will be back ! Small note : we missed the round small ‘petits pains’ of the past which were delicious and we also missed the cookie and chocolate or turkish fruit with the coffee.

Visited for Christmas Eve. It was a set menu for 210 francs. 5 or 6 course taster menu, wine not included. Service was good and food was as should be in a Michelin restaurant. Nice place to come for a special occasion….

What a nice evening with a great sunset, personalized service and good food. You feel like you are at the top of the world. its quite a drive from the village but its worth it. We also got a tour of the hotel after the dinner and the rooms are amazing, exactly the place where you want to spend Christmas. We will be back.

Our family had a fantastic experience at Le Mont Blanc.We had the 7 course meal and every single plate was delicious. The service was impeccable and the views from the mountains breathtaking. The highlight of the night was to visit the kitchen and enjoy appetizers served directly by the chef while enjoying the workflow of the kitchen. If you are looking for a memorable experience with great view, Le Mont Blanc is the place.
