"The restaurant’s extensive semi-circular windows command a panoramic view of the Swiss Alps that will take your breath away. The subtle, high-flying cuisine merges top-drawer Swiss produce, including treasures from the surrounding fertile countryside, with traditional Gallic recipes that have been treated to an international spin (Simmental veal, Belgian endive, miso, ponzu, kumquat). At the helm, chef Yannick Crepaux (who trained with Guy Martin and Christian Constant) upholds the establishment’s fine dining ethos, to the delight of the regulars! The terrace draws diners likes bees to honey in fine weather, while an open fire burns brightly in the lounge-bar to take the chill off winter evenings. Slick, professional service and a stupendous choice of fine wines by the glass." - Michelin Inspector

Literally a top dining experience above Crans Montana. LeMontBlanc offers impeccable views, excellent service and dishes merit of their 1star Michelin. It was a wonderful and pleasurable dining experience.

Visited for Christmas Eve. It was a set menu for 210 francs. 5 or 6 course taster menu, wine not included. Service was good and food was as should be in a Michelin restaurant. Nice place to come for a special occasion….

Dear Le MontBlanc & Le Crans Team, I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt congratulations for the exceptional dinner and service we experienced at your restaurant on August 23, 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, and the attention to detail throughout the evening was truly impressive. The menu was a delightful blend of flavors, beautifully presented and perfectly paired with your exquisite wine selection. Each dish was a testament to the skill and passion of your culinary team. Thank you for creating such a memorable evening for us. Please pass along our compliments to everyone involved, from the Chef to the GM & front of house. We look forward to our next visit! Warm regards,

It was probably our fourth or fifth time at this restaurant and the first time we were disappointed. The menu degustation was not available on a Tuesday which had not been notified to us in advance (we reserved online) and the answers provided were incoherent (the waiter said that the chef was not in on Tuesdays and then retracted what he said). The corn salad was inventive and very good but served in a deep plate which was too deep to be usable. The main dish (roasted chicken) was barely passable: the chicken was overcooked, hard and dry. It was served with fried rosti which were tasteless and did not match with the sauce served with the chicken. The desert using buckwheat was uninteresting and bland. Coffee was passable and was served with uninteresting chocolate. Service was not good: we had to ask for water every time. Unacceptable at this level of price. Not sure we will come back again, unfortunately.

We visited this restaurant on a recent trip to Crans for a friends 60th Birthday. Firstly let me say that the service recieved, from booking to the attention at our table was impecable, not to be faulted and worth the 5 stars. The views from the veranda were amazing and the drinks we were served were perfect. Unfortunately, the night that we visited the restaurant was not at all busy and this somewhat detracted from the experience. We were warned that the dinner would not be from the standard starred menu but even so the food was disapointing. It was nice enough but not the outstanding experience we had expected. The waiting staff and head waiter were excellent, the wine recommendation was delicious. Just a little disapointed with the food and the atmosphere.

What a nice evening with a great sunset, personalized service and good food. You feel like you are at the top of the world. its quite a drive from the village but its worth it. We also got a tour of the hotel after the dinner and the rooms are amazing, exactly the place where you want to spend Christmas. We will be back.

Best view ever on a restaurant. Even if the food had been bad I would have wanted to come back. Luckily the food was good too especially the desserts

Visited for lunch. Amazing food: delicious cod appetizer, mouth melting deer, very nice dessert; great local wines; attentive and accommodating service; breathtaking views. Definitely will be back!
