"In this tastefully restored farmstead in Bas-Dauphiné, chef Romain Hubert crafts carte blanche menus that err between tradition and creativity. His cuisine, which owes much to the first-rate quality of its meticulously sourced ingredients, 99% of which are local and purchased direct, is a consummate blend of taste and texture: green and white asparagus, trout and lovage; free-range rabbit cooked three ways with chards. Don’t miss his signature dessert: the “Antesite cube”." - Michelin Inspector
A brilliant fine dining (taster) restaurant with five (5) or seven (7) courses,
Service was excellent. The only issue would be that sometimes getting a cab in the area is challenging, but if you have your own car or rent, it's not an issue of course. But then you miss out on their wines, champagne or beers...

Foreigners be warned: this restaurant is very rude to non-French speakers, despite paying the hefty price tags for average food. I would recommend not travelling to this place and wasting your day, when you could eat at many lovely restaurants in Lyon. When asked why they dont accept Amex, a rude woman said it was too expensive. Imagine saying that after charging €510 for lunch! Haha

Terrible service. Request first wine on the list. The sommelier already not selling the wine says the wine already sell but she still keep the list. Than she just wanna sell something else. Worst attitude of service. Not worth to visit if you want have a good time with good wine. Try something else.
