Highlights

"Michaël Arnoult, who was sous-chef to Emmanuel Renaut, has transformed this place overlooking the hilly vineyards and the Rhone Valley into a veritable corner of paradise. His modus operandi: using fresh ingredients and respecting those who cultivated them. Choosing local producers, getting to know them and collaborating with them is a matter of priority. Game, green asparagus, suckling lamb, trout or Arctic char... you get a sense of his exacting standards in the dishes. If we had to pick a representative dish, it might be the superbly fresh crayfish tartar, enhanced by its subtle carcass jus, coriander flowers and sweet marigold: pure excellence! The refined interior reflects the chef's cuisine and looks out onto the valley. There are six comfortable guestrooms a few kilometres from the restaurant. More than ever, Les Morainières is worth the detour." - Michelin Inspector

The best. It is necessary to change the route or all travel plans to visit this place. I was near this place fortunately. Views, air, interior and fooooood. It is a place for calm and meditation. It is a place for creation and ideas. I visited without booking and it was luck because everything was booked. Thank all staff. Service was unbelievable and I will come back 100%. Iconic place.

Google
Really nice dishes, we got their Menu Confiance, so got to taste everything they have on offer l. The first six were all seafood: char, crayfish, langoustine, salmon truite, all really well-made. They use a lot of local ingredients, even for wine pairings, most of them are from Savoie area. Would definitely come back for another season, and during day time, as they have a panorama view

Great stuff. Fantastic meals and nice location. A bit classy but well deserved 2 stars. Get there a bit earlier than booked to enjoy a quite tasty cocktail with a view.

Best meal-ever Stunning presentations that hold subtle flavor pairings together. A scampi presentation that looked like an explosion of yellow and orange, but all flavors balanced. A pea based dish held various textures together in an artificial edible globe of green. A rhubarb dessert was presented with a checkerboard of creams. Lemon meringue droplets so light you thought they could float away, but true lemon flavor. Beautiful spot with service you would expect at this level. Better than Michelin 3 stars I have been to.

Yelp
Exceptional cuisine. While we had eaten all of the foods offered, never in this presentation before!
