Food is very good (including deserts) but too expensive. The chef's background is mysterious, not adding details on his Bio. Staff is very nice. The tasting menu is more expensive than many Michelin star restaurants. Still needs to work on atmosphere and details such as loose stained menu pages, larger tables, deco, etc.
The Chef wasn't there, but sous chefs did a good job. No delays. Open kitchen, very clean and organised. Perfect cooking point in both meats, chicken, and fish, something not easy to find. Well done.
