"Between Antibes and Cagnes-sur-Mer, this village owes its fame to its art glassware and its pottery, thanks to a soil rich in clay. In fact, Michaël Fulci’s parents opened their restaurant in a former potter’s studio, the kiln of which is now a delightfully snug lounge! In fine weather, the shaded trellis of the alfresco patio attracts diners like bees to honey… Michaël Fulci is a bona fide Mediterranean chef, who learned the ropes with legends such as Alain Ducasse and Roger Vergé, no less… The menu naturally enough overflows with fruit and veg from local markets, from courgette flowers and Menton lemons to figs. Truffles also enjoy the spotlight, be they black from Vaucluse or white from Alba. Sophisticated, flavourful food, drenched in sunshine, scents and flavours." - Michelin Inspector

The restaurant is old stone and beautiful linen. It is just the kind of place to go when you want the feel of the South of France. The courtyard is shaded and had a light breeze blowing through. The interior is calling my name for a winter day. They have a fireplace, which will be perfect for those chilly days. The service is quiet, and professional. The staff is excellent at reading the mood of the table. My husband and I are quite relaxed, so the staff followed suit. The wine list is very nice, offering wines for the wallet-conscious and those who desire a great Burgundy. The food is fantastic! The amuse-bouche were delicious. I usually do not partake, but these were too good to miss. The menu is small but has offerings for meat and seafood lovers. We had the tomato entree as well as the zucchini flower. They each came with 3 different preparations. They all were excellent and beautiful to look at. We each had a fish. The preparation again was a pretty as delicious. We cannot wait to go back. For those of you who have never visited Biot this is a great excuse. You can go early to shop for gorgeous glass art and dine in a beautiful restaurant with delicious food.

What a wanderful lunck I had today in Biot. Best cuisine so far in South of France. Best tasting menu, best presentation, hands on talented chef, very friendly hospitable environment with a lovely garden decorated with rustic pieces of glass. We had a-3 course menu very testy, the fish was above of my expectations, the desert as well! 🤩Highly recommended. Will be back soon for sure!

Amazing experience with food and hospitality. Thank you for that evening! Especially I would recommend for future guests starters and fish selection. The wine selection was good and the sommelier helped us with amazing choice!

I visited this restaurant with high expectations given its positioning as a luxury dining destination, but unfortunately left deeply disappointed. Service: The service fell notably short of what one expects at this level. Our waiters were inattentive and seemed disconnected from the dining experience, lacking the warmth and responsiveness that transforms a meal into an occasion. Cuisine: At €450 for our meal, we anticipated exceptional quality. Instead, the dishes felt mechanically executed—technically correct, perhaps, but utterly lacking in soul, flavor, and visual appeal. The food suggested recipes followed without genuine understanding or passion for the final result. This is particularly troubling for a restaurant at this price point. Pacing: We were served numerous interstitial small plates that added nothing to the experience. Rather than enhancing the meal, they felt obligatory and poorly conceived, disrupting rather than elevating the progression. Value: For the significant investment required, this restaurant fails to deliver commensurate quality in either cuisine or hospitality. I had hoped to discover a culinary gem, but instead found a disappointing disconnect between ambition and execution. I cannot recommend this establishment until fundamental improvements are made to both kitchen output and service standards

Overall a good experience, unfortunately the service was lacking in parts. Food was good and the presentation delightful, however we had to remind them ~3 times that we had a vegetarian and a gluten intolerant in our company, even though it was stated in our booking. We also got served a dirty spoon and dirty napkins which shouldnt happen in this price point. When one of us asked the sommelier if there were any alcohol free drinks, he said no, laughed and walked away. When we asked a waitress to please check we got a tonic, so turns out it was possible. Similar places offers alcohol free drink packages or at least alternatives, I hope they take this constructive criticism and add it to the menu.

We had the four course tasting menu with wine pairings. The room is lovely and tables are well spaced. The front of the house team clearly makes an effort to work in a coordinated fashion. This is indeed a “fine dining” experience…just not a memorable one. Every course and pairing were as described, but none of them were delicious enough to want to return. The squab dish came the closest to being 5 star, but otherwise the food (and wine pairings) were “middling.” The service was similalrly uneven with moments of great attention and longer moments of empty water glasses. Bonus points for the fresh herb infusion offered at the finish of the meal. I’m afraid that is what I will remember most from this dining experience.

Biot’s Michelin Star ⭐️ restaurant. Hidden away from the main area of the village, Les Terraillers is a stylish and elegant gem worth visiting. Inside is beautiful and cosy, and outside the terrace is shaded by vines and decorated with unique local glass. Service is impeccable, from start to finish. We had lunch on a weekday, and opted for the Set 3 course Lunch (€48 or €64 with 2 glasses of matching wine) Four small amuse bouche/ appetiser courses preceded the main course , and dessert was followed by a slice of loaf cake and a cookie with our coffee. And there was a wonderful selection of fresh baked breads served too. The food was exquisite and artfully presented. Highly recommend.

Google
This place has one Michelin star, but I'm absolutely convinced it deserves more! Everything was wonderful on all three occasions I've been here, but the Souffle Grand Marnier is a standout, and has become the standard by which I measure other souffles.

Yelp
This is definitely a five-star restaurant. First of all, the setting is magnificent. The garden, the terrace and the beautiful stone walls were breathtaking. The large staff worked in harmony in presenting our food. We decided to order entrées rather than the tasting menu but will come back for the tasting menu. We had the Seabass and the pigeon. We also shared the zucchini flowers. The chef supplied us with many complimentary appetizers and desserts. We had the strawberries in two ways for dessert and I have to say that all the food was unbelievable. This is an expensive restaurant but worth it.

Yelp

Yelp
We have been enjoying Les Terraillers for 7 or 8 years on our annual visit to the Cote d'Azur. Usually at the beginning of September we sit on the patio under the protection of the very old grape vines with their thick leaves and ripe grapes. The grapes are so sweet, if you are tall enough to sneak a few. But we come for the exquisite food and service. The 43 euro menu degustation is always full of eye-candy that seems too beautiful to put a fork to, but oh how wonderful when we do. They are always so accommodating that it seems incredulous that someone had a reservation "dishonoured". The Provencal white wine offered as a suggested accompaniment was very nice and food appropriate. The red Bordeaux also complimented the main courses. Choices are excellent for all diets and desires. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Pretty amazing gastronomical experience. Would shave off half a star for the prices... not of the main set meals, but for any additional orders they gouge you (18 euros for three espressos? Seriously?). Molecular gastronomy by way of local southern French food. Even the bread "amuse bouche" were complex and delightful, with truffle and butter cooked in. I recommend the medium-sized tasting menu; more than enough for a grown adult. And that's all the articulateness you're going to get out of me on New years Day.
