We spent quite a while choosing a place for dinner and finally decided on this small, rather lively restaurant. There’s no music, and the tables are spaced unusually far apart for Paris, which makes it feel more comfortable. We ordered a variety of dishes—almost the entire menu, which is quite small to begin with. Both the steaks and other meat dishes were excellent, but the desserts were less impressive and not something I’d recommend. The service was very good—the waiters were polite, friendly, and helpful, taking the time to explain the dishes and make recommendations. The wine prices, however, were surprisingly high, nearly double what you’d expect elsewhere.
