"The location of this restaurant is not only spectacular, but also handy for doing a spot of shopping in the RathausGalerien mall before taking the lift up to the seventh floor for dinner. Here on the top floor, the upscale restaurant has all-round windows and a magnificent view of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains – in summer, the charm of the terrace is irresistible! In the 360° bar you can drink in the marvellous panoramic view as you enjoy an aperitif, nightcap or coffee. The kitchen serves delicious international and regional dishes. In the evening there are three set menus comprising three to four courses; at lunchtime the à la carte selection is somewhat simpler." - Michelin Inspector

A swerve unless youre local My husband booked the table 4 months ago and we had outside tables inside (the staff had to annoyingly brish past my disabled mother relemtlessly without apology). Locals had proper tables. The chairs were more comfortable in a concentration camp. We had to ask for more cushions to make it anywhere near comfortable The lobster papadilli seemingly was missing the lobster *unless you're local The seabass was less than 5cm in length, unless you're local We pointed it out to the sever and was offered!!€20 discount on a !€270 bill I would go to anywhere rather than here Even McDonald's seemed more sophisticated Innsbruck is far better than here Even the cowardly chef wouldn't come out when we pointed out his food was below substandard

My husband and I shared a lunch here over Christmas break. Our waitress was very friendly, the views were amazing. Food 10/10

The restaurant has a beautiful setting with a stunning view. We were mostly looked after by a local medical student, who was wonderful—very friendly and helpful in both German and English. The starter and dessert were a delightful surprise, though we found the main course and soup a bit underwhelming in comparison.

We reserved the entire restaurant for our wedding celebration and it was fantastic. The restaurant prepared everything for us thus planning was super easy. The staff was amazing and extremely attentive throughout the night. They went above and beyond and our guests were all extremely happy. Thank you!

We had a great dinner! Food was perfect, service even better. Not rushed and all questions answered (English). Wine paring suggestions from our server were spot on. We did one of each menu and shared. Highly recommended!

Our food was delicious, prices quite high but I'd say worth it since it all tasted really well. The restaurant is quite small and it feels tight in there. The waiters asked us what felt like a million times if we were good and still needed something, it felt like they wanted for us to leave asap which wasn't all too great. But our overall experience was good. Probably coming back, but since it's quite hard to get a table, not all too soon.

Excellent menus at a very reasonable price in a superb setting on top of the city hall with views across Innsbruck. We were three and all had different menus, and we were all very happy. Even the swordfish was excellent. The gazpacho had a real kick and will be remembered for a long time! Creative desserts. Good wines as well. Only service could be a bit more attentive.

From the beginning, the restaurant staff took us in with a really warm welcome. The layout in the table was in place; forks and knives for two courses - the dessert equipment followed, glasses for white and red. No complaint on that. The menus had flexibility (few allergies on my group) and the third menu (vegetarian) had been used with good imagination - specially the ratatouille was delicious. The dessert as dumplings had a little short coming, but the staff recommend really good dessert wine with it, which completed it all and was on point. What was note worthy, the venue was very intimate, sophisticated and chic. In all, food would deserve the Michelin recommendation (a worth to check out) and staff a big love from me.

Yelp
Went here for dinner with my girlfriend on a slow weeknight. It was 7PM and we were the only people there. About midway through our meal, a few other diners showed up. The menu is small, which is typically a good sign that everything is fresh made. Overall, while pleased with the taste of the food, the tiny portion sizes and exorbitant prices really make this place not worth going to. You have much better options nearby.

Yelp
Out of all the places we ate at in Innsbruck, this was one of the best in all aspects. Great ambiance, great food, and great staff! Food: It's not traditional Austrian food but is fusion, similar to some French or New American restaurants. Great culinary experience, similar to some great restaurants in NYC. The flavors in the food were all well developed, and well matched. Great mozzarella burrata, and the vegetarian dish was delicious. Decent win menu, and really good Aperol. Service: The service was excellent, and they promptly brought out the correct dish after bringing the wrong one at no charge. Atmosphere: The ambiance was great. Trendy. Sophisticated. We were causally dressed and didn't feel out of place-- the restaurant is by no means pretentious. 4.5/5

Yelp
Cafe Restaurant lichtblick, which carries a Michelin 2-star rating, is totally worth 5 stars. Great food, excellent service, spectacular atmosphere and a superb view of the Alps. It is located on the 7th floor of the gallery on Maria- Theresien Straße. The The food was actually excellent, not just great.
