Bravo, Bravissimo! A cornucopia, a safari of taste and food style. The most gorgeous presentation. Food is sourced from local produce, so fresh ingredients are delivered in an innovative, high-quality, and delectable showcase approach. The service is professional and well tempered, and is delivered only in french, thankfully spoken slowly. The wine list is impressive and full of quality.

The best meal we had in the whole trip in western France . We came here by chance and was so surprised with the food quality ! We are lucky to have a table for 5 although we do not have booking . But it was almost full later on . So you should book . A restaurant not to miss if you travel to area nearby .

I would recommend this restaurant. We had the lunch menu of the day and it was very good, especially for the price. We ended up here by chance, but it was the best restaurant of our holiday for sure. Relative to other restaurants they have a nice selection of beers, which were well described to match them to the dishes and your own taste. We would have liked more vegetables and less meat or fish, but that’s our standard comment when it comes to French restaurants. The dessert missed a little touch to make it really memorable (e.g liquor, nuts or herbs).

Every dish was created with so much details, every element on the plate has a purpose and gave so much flavour, it was just extraordinary. The service staff are professional and friendly. The ambiance is cozy. Loved everything about this restaurant. It really is a little gem

Superb food. Looked beautiful and tasted wonderful! Staff efficient but the acoustics make it difficult to hear one another speak even with just 4 of us around the table. VERY reasonable price for the three courses plus wine and coffee. Would recommend!

The restaurant has a modern ambience but there's no nods to tradition or fake seafood deco. It's all about the food. With a Michelin Bib Gourmand tucked under the chefs hat, you are guaranteed an exceptional three- course meal at a fair price. It's definitely worth booking for the experience if you are in Saintes.
