Interesting vibe at Mache. The interior feels edgy and colorful yet balanced, with an unusual design that works beautifully together. The open kitchen behind glass adds a sense of calm precision as you watch the chefs work.
We went for the basic tasting menu, which was enjoyable, though I think we could have easily handled the longer one. The sommelier helped us choose a bottle that was genuinely interesting and paired nicely with the food.
Every course was creative and well presented, with a clear gastronomic touch. Although most dishes were too much toward sourness, which started to feel repetitive, but overall it was a thoughtful and enjoyable dining experience.
