Highly recommended, and congratulations to the team on their 2025 Michelin Star! I loved seeing the solid teamwork in action, with some of the chefs personally bringing out their creations. The menu is wonderfully creative, and it wasn’t just the courses that impressed us, but also the pre- and post-dinner treats- each one delightful and delicious. Hearing the inspiration behind the desserts was such a treat as well. We also had the pleasure of trying both the vegan and non-vegan menus, and it was so fun to see how each dish was thoughtfully adapted from meat to vegetables.
