We had a mini tasting menu consisting of 3 dishes. The main course was my favorite, the oxtail was tender, and the carrot with shrimp oil was excellent. However, the scallops with green strawberries were a bit bland, and the dessert was tangy, much like many of the other desserts I've tried at restaurants in Copenhagen. Perhaps it's due to the frequent use of rhubarb? I don't mind rhubarb at all, it was just that I am not into acidic dessert that much.
We also ordered the grilled bread with duck liver mousse, which was savory and generously portioned.
It happened to be the restaurant's 3rd anniversary when we visited. We were treated to a complimentary cocktail and mussel rockefeller. How thoughtful was that. Thank you so much and congratulations.
