Restaurant MARK - Bistro & Bar

A great experience that lands somewhere between casual and fine dining with a lean towards the latter. I experienced the tasting during dining week and I highly recommend the wine pairing, which completely supplemented and heightened the dining experiences. The staff were knowledgeable and passionate and the venue was relaxed whilst maintaining an elegance that's fit for your special occasions. Thank you for the experience!

Had the 7-course menu and enjoyed every dish. Super tasty, high quality, and not pretentious. Asked for cocktail and mocktail pairings and they were spot on, original and really well done. And really nice playlist.

We had a mini tasting menu consisting of 3 dishes. The main course was my favorite, the oxtail was tender, and the carrot with shrimp oil was excellent. However, the scallops with green strawberries were a bit bland, and the dessert was tangy, much like many of the other desserts I've tried at restaurants in Copenhagen. Perhaps it's due to the frequent use of rhubarb? I don't mind rhubarb at all, it was just that I am not into acidic dessert that much. We also ordered the grilled bread with duck liver mousse, which was savory and generously portioned. It happened to be the restaurant's 3rd anniversary when we visited. We were treated to a complimentary cocktail and mussel rockefeller. How thoughtful was that. Thank you so much and congratulations.

Told the staff that I don't eat raw food. Ordered the beef option. And I want it well done. They told me that the food is cook. When it arrives, the meat is red in color which I don't eat it. After serving the meals, they don't bother coming up to us to check if the food is ok. Such horrible service. And the food is not cheap!

I stumbled upon restaurant Mark after visiting Tivoli Park. I was amazed by the presentation and most importantly the exquisite taste of the food! It was sheer luck to have found this Gem. Thank you Nanna for the wonderful evening before I return to Singapore!

We dined here a few weeks ago and were impressed by their tasting menu. Unlike many restaurants, where the portions are often too small, Mark made sure there was plenty of food. The service was outstanding, and after our original booking was canceled due to overbooking, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary drinks and an extra dessert when we finally dined on a different day. The food was delicious, and the restaurant had a warm, cozy atmosphere.

Wonderful place. Excellent food in both taste and presentation. We had the stuffed morels. Excellent, lots of flavor. The Danish Surf and Turf. Wonderful dish with perfectly cooked pork and very tender and sweet Danish lobster tails. This dish came with seasonal vegetables. The dessert was spectacular with strawberries, elderberry crisp and house made pistachios and pine ice cream. Highly recommend.

Wow. Just wow. Great fresh and locally sourced products and the pollock was among the best fish dishes I've ever had at a restaurant. Amazing service, knowledgable staff and the atmosphere was pretty good. Nice vibe in general, just quite basic interiors (although it was all in excellent quality) and they could probably do with a more appropriate music playlist to set that extra tone for the evening. Overall a lovely evening!
