"Following its reopening, this fine dining restaurant boasts an elegant new look, as well as magnificent views of the Flensburg Fjord – a feast for the eyes topped only by Dirk Luther's wonderful set menu. The anticipation begins as you enter, with a glimpse into the open kitchen through the windows. Here, robust classic dishes celebrate the finest ingredients, with the turbot and langoustine from Denmark being particularly outstanding! The set menu comprises six or eight courses, and there are two starters and two main courses to choose from. Excellent service comes courtesy of sommelier Martin Kammann and his very well-organised and professional team. There is also a fantastic wine list, and the recommendations, backed up by solid expertise, are always spot on.
