At Central, dive into a fresh assortment of oysters and tartares, perfectly paired with bubbles or wine, all in a chill yet stylish atmosphere.
"If you want to eat seafood somewhere that sandals won’t be considered formalwear, then Mignonette is a good choice. The place isn’t super upscale, but it’s nice enough to work for a dinner with someone you want to impress. Or you can always sit at the bar during Happy Hour for a more casual vibe. Either way, come for the very good seafood. Oysters are $4 a pop ($2 during Happy Hour), but very worth it. If you want to keep the tab down, order some of the $8 veggies, which taste great and will help you leave full." - ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino
"The Deal: $60 dinner daily Just about everything we said about Blue Collar applies to its sister restaurant, Mignonette. Except it’s not open for lunch, some of the more expensive raw bar items are off-limits, and the dinner menu is $60. Other than that, you get to pick from the whole menu. But this still feels like a great deal. At Mignonette, it’s all about seafood (we like the lobster roll, popcorn conch, and redfish) but there are steak options too, so you can make this a surf and turf thing." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
