Restaurant Mühlbacher

My wife and I came for dinner and were totally blown away by this fabulous restaurant!! If you are in Salzburg, you simply HAVE to try the 6 course meal picked out by the chef. Skip the crowds of the Altstadt. Trust me. The service here was so friendly, attentive, and professional. They even helped my wife pick out glasses of wine to pair with the different dishes. I had a very tasty homemade lemonade as well. The food was simply stunning with each course better than the one before. My wife and I both liked the venison the best. I simply cannot say enough nice things about this place...we will definitely be back!!

Absolutely delicious, you could taste the freshness and see the technique in every dish. We’ve eaten at a couple of Michelin star restaurants in Vienna before heading to Muhlbacher in Salzburg, we can confidently say this has completely outdone both those highly rated restaurants when it comes down to the quality of food. Thank you so much for a memorable dinner in Austria.

We came here every morning for breakfast as our hotel was closeby. They have a buffet style setup with service for coffee, juice and eggs. We particularly appreciated the fact that they had gluten free bread which were baked in their own bags to ensure no cross contaminations. The buffet also included cheese, meats, fruits, jams and yogurt.

Probably one of the best restaurants that I´had stay in my life, probably the one of the best expirience that I´had in Salzburg, was an excellent journey of flavors that also makes us discover more about the Austrian culture in Slazburg. The couple serving us were super friendly and attentive. They also gave us some tips on places to visit in the city.

The food and drinks were absolutely fabulous and the owners and staff we're very friendly. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
