"Almost next-door to Place des Victoires, Omar Dhiab has found himself a minimalist lair with an open kitchen and a swanky white marble counter. His cuisine revolves around flavoursome ingredients, is rich in creative notes and flanked by a meticulous attention to the sauces and seasonings, some of which are of Egyptian origin. Examples include sea urchin au naturel and cumin-flavoured coral lentils, or roast stag with a herbaceous seasoning and smoked mustard. The light, tempting desserts are an ode to the seasons. Front-of-house service by a youthful, enthusiastic team." - Michelin Inspector

Fusioned and creative cuisine basing on the balance of strong tastes. I found some cooking techniques were impressive too. Quite good and balanced in all criteria. I was impressed the most by well-selected and fresh ingredients and the warm, welcoming and devoted services. I dined but believed the lunch (58e for 3 steps) would have the best value for money among all 1-Michelin-star-and-above restaurants I have ever visited.

Lunch. Nice space with tables isolated to give a sense of privacy. Attentive staff, who helped us stick to a 1.5 hour lunch. Good flavors and variety. Wine list was decent, but leaned heavily to a 100+€ average bottle. Would return for another lunch.

Everything was really good. Very creative and fun, the potato palate cleanser, the lobster, and the dessert are dishes I won't be forgetting for a while. The bread and butter are also some of the best I've ever had. Service could have been a tiny bit better, but overall they were nice and knowledgeable.

Inventive, beautiful, delicious and perfectly executed food. And the wine pairing was outstanding with concise but intriguing explanations, one of my best pairing experiences. Thanks for accommodating my gluten and dairy intolerance so well, the bread had an excellent crush and I didn’t feel my meal was any lesser than anyone else’s. I love that we can see the kitchen and hear a variety of music from the kitchen as well. I believe this restaurant is well on its way to another star in the future.

We had a fantastic meal here. Very creative and well balanced with some surprises. Lovely, tranquil dining room with attentive service and quality wine options. Definitely one of our meal highlights while in Paris, which is a city which offerings a nearly never ending carousel of food highlights.

An unforgettable dining experience at Omar Dhiab 💙 From the moment we walked in, the chef and team made us feel so welcomed with their warmth and attentiveness. Every dish was beautifully executed and packed with flavor, exceeding all of our expectations. This was the first of three dinners on our short Paris trip, and it set the bar incredibly high. The signature veal sweetbreads and the seared venison were absolutely outstanding, perfectly complemented by the excellent wine pairing. A truly memorable start to our journey.

Wow, what a wonderful experience at Omar Dhiab. The chef and the entire team were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and the food and wine was absolutely spectacular! This was our first of three dinners on a whirlwind trip to Paris, and we couldn’t have been happier with this start. Truly blew away all expectations. The signature veal sweetbreads and the seared venison course were definitely the standouts, along with the excellent wine selection.
