Michelin star really? We are not sure about this, it is not all about the food experience, is about to make you feel special, and unfortunately this restaurant did not lift us as expected.
Food was amazing this we have to give the truth.
However, this is Spain, a Spanish chef in Costa Blanca, homeland of paella, seafood rice, top of the art dishes… then why the whole staff is Colombian? All waiters come from Colombia, trying to explain a Michelin Star dish in South American accent… was really funny.
The main manager, was very unfriendly to be honest… like: just after sitting… what are you gonna have?
Wine list nothing special…
We have eaten in other Michelin star restaurants in the area that were so much better…
Terraza was so cold…
