As a Michelin restaurant, I came into Prodigi with high expectations — but they absolutely blew me away. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like family, greeting us with genuine smiles and providing impeccable attention to every question or request. The warmth of the service perfectly complemented the sophistication of the meal.
The tasting menu was extraordinary — every dish beautifully explained and perfectly paced. The wine pairings enhanced each course without ever overpowering the flavors, showing a true understanding of balance and craft.
Two dishes that truly stood out were the potato gnocchi with sweetbread, where the slight char and richness of the sweetbread added incredible depth, and the duck with peach and truffle, a flavor combination unlike anything I’ve experienced before — sweet, savory, and utterly unforgettable.
