Restaurant Promessa - Gastronomisch food atelier

We might not have ordered the best items but we were not impressed with the food. Interior is very interesting. We left a baseball cap and the waiter went out of his way to find us to return it. That was greatly appreciated!

Food is tasty and up to the standard. The dessert was a surprise and we love the design and mixing taste of it! Service is ok. We found several flies in the restaurant, which is really a minus.

What a gem of a restaurant. Contemporary decor, light and airy with good space between tables. Excellent professional and friendly staff. The food was very tastefully presented, tasty with a range of textures that compliment each other. Good food is not just the flavours but also a feast of the eyes and the food here certainly achieves that. Complimented by good wine it was an excellent evening. Thank you so much for your culinary expertise.

My wife is vegetarian and Promessa ranks in her top for having exquisite vegetarian courses. Dining there on occasion since several years and hosted some events - always top service, great food all round and all in a competitive price/quality range.

The food was out of this world, we loved everything and every second there. The service was amazing, they go the extra mile to make sure their guests are comfortable and well looked after. We will definitely be back!!

Food is nice BUT they have very arrogant réception. We wanted to have nice wine drinks with snacks but the guy who opened the doors for us said we should go to the pub on there other side of the street instead, no place for us. He could just say sorry but we are full . It is like what are you doing here your place is not here. I consider this very rude and not at all customer friendly behaviour. Promessa you should improve your service.
