"This family-run restaurant, founded in 1964 by the owners’ grandfather, has retained its original name in homage to its origins, but adding the 3.0 to symbolise the third generation that is now at the helm. Modern and functional in appearance, and with views of the Montseny mountains, it focuses on contemporary cuisine that changes in line with seasonal ingredients. This can be enjoyed on the à la carte (we recommend the “a la llauna” rice dishes) and various set menus: Express and Satisfecho (only available lunchtimes midweek), the De Tapes (available for dinner), and the more extensive Homenaje. An interesting anecdote: in a competition on the TV3 channel called Joc de Cartes, it was proclaimed the best restaurant for cep mushrooms in the Baix Montseny area!" - Michelin Inspector

An incredible discovery in the heart of Catalunya! The food is WOOOW and the price is incredibly accesible! The service and the environment are also awesome! The best pause of our trip we could have! They deserve the Michelin start they have and they offer this experience to all since it is completely accesible price! We loved it!!!

Very modern creative cuisine. Great flavours in general. The codfish balls with sweet potato and prawn skewers were great. Main courses were in general nice but the Thai chicken was not really Thai and it was very small, I do not recommend it.

Disappointed and dissatisfied. We were very excited to visit this restaurant after reading reviews in internet. Booked a table with a la carte menu online, BUT when we arrived we were told that its only tasting seasonal tapas that night. Tasting tapas menu starts with potato crisps and some sort of foam as a dip, both are awful. Crisps are overcooked and soooooo hard, not possible to eat. The dipping foam texture was interesting and very light, BUT it tasted like pure salt and strong vinegar. Straight from beginning felt like it killed taste buds. Tomato salad tapas was absolutely nothing interesting, nothing special, not enough seasoned and bland, even tomatoes themselves were not so flavourful and very watery. Potato and egg dish was the worst for me, everything was wrong with that dish, the way it was served, it wasn’t possible to share between 2 people, one plate and one egg yolk. Potato was over-mixed which made potato purée very starchy and sticky, not enough flavour, the egg white was not cooked enough, was still very clear and sluggish, that dish we sent back, as it wasn’t eatable at all. Even desert that was included in the set menu (mango-foam-crumb-icecream) was disappointing, good textures of the crumb and creamy foam, but not enough flavour. It was like eating butter and cream, nothing special. Overall out of 7 different small tapas only 2 (croquettes and seafood skewers) were very good, interesting flavours and cooked perfectly. And we were given a choice of an extra desert as a replacement of the potato dish, we were given a Dracula cocktail, that was very nice, refreshingly juicy strawberries with coca-cola foam, icecream and popping candy on top, very good light desert to refresh the palette. I’ve been to many Michelin guided restaurants and that restaurant was like its not worth the trip. Everything needs improvements: From the beginning how you meet and sit down your customers, serving tables, removing dirty plates. Some waiters were very disorganised. Sequence of dishes served was very off, starting with super vinegary dip and chips, then hot tapas, then cold salad. Also there was no transition from tapas to a desert. The whole evening was saved only with good vine recommended by a waiter.

Did not plan to come there last Sunday but we did. Everything has exceeded our expectations. Bold ideas, creative compositions, lot of novelty but comforting flavours. Really recommend

This place is simply extraordinary. You will eat like in a Michelin star restaurant, but if you get there during lunchtime menu, it will cost you 15€!!! I've eaten there already a few times, non of the dishes I've tasted were bad or even average, everything was delicious! A little treasure hidden near the medieval city walls of Hostalric!!!
