Our dinner at Rincón de Diego was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, the elegant yet warm atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening.
We opted for the tasting menu, which was a true culinary journey – playful, creative, and deeply rooted in Mediterranean flavors. The presentation was stunning: amuse-bouches served on intricate artistic stands, vibrant seafood platters brimming with the freshest prawns, mussels, razor clams, and lobster, as well as beautifully plated tuna tartare, lobster fideuà, and imaginative desserts like rose-infused cotton candy.
The wine and sparkling selection was equally impressive, with excellent Cava, Champagne, and a well-curated wine list that perfectly complemented each course. The service was flawless – attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, making our large family feel right at home.
A Michelin-star experience that perfectly blends creativity, flavor, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cambrils who wants a fine dining experience to remember.
