An outstanding 8-course menu — intriguing textures, full of flavor, and clearly top-quality ingredients. We genuinely loved every single dish.
The pumpkin course was the biggest positive surprise for me personally (I’m usually not a pumpkin fan) — pure comfort, I could have bathed in it. The desserts were absolutely to die for. Also remarkable: salmon caviar with cauliflower — such an unexpected yet brilliant pairing.
The wine selection was excellent as well — each wine with real character and thoughtfully chosen.
Service was warm, personable and made us feel comfortable from the very first second. And the vinyl player with curated records throughout the night added this extra special touch that made the entire experience even more memorable.
