We had a very nice evening at this restaurant . All the dishes were amazing. The eel ice cream is very extreme, and the fish with truffle is just an explosion of wonderful flavors. Peking duck is also something incredible. Very attentive and pleasant service.

Wonderful time in this restaurant’s. Member of JRE jeune restaurateurs is always a quality mark. Very good menu 7 courses with perfect wine pairing. They can find very good wine from across the world like Portugal’s or even Georgia. Cooking is very well dressed and super tasty, they deserve their quotations in Michelin and gault&millau. Very professional staff and some dishes are directly served by the chef. I also liked the options to add products on some dishes like lobster sweat bread or foie gras. They provide high quality local products such as the kingfish and the oosterschelde lobster which is for me one of the best in the world. The restaurant is in 5 houses renovated with great taste and they even offer few rooms to stay overnight. Parking available just in front of the restaurant.

What a fantastic culinary experience! The chef combines local ingredients and dishes with French finesse and global influences. Go for the four to six course menus with accompanying wines for the best deal, and don’t be shy to ask for fish or vegetarian alternatives. I definitively plan to visit again!

We had an amazing five course dinner. The quality of the food is outstanding. The combination of flavors exciting and the presentation of each dish appealing. Recommend the wine pairing which is a combination of local and international wines. Each adding to the overall experience. A place you don’t want to miss. This place is seriously amazing, and that's an understatement! The food is next level, we couldn't get over the creations that were served, the combination of flavours is exquisite. The staff is so friendly and engaged. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful looking dishes. As starter I did order a beef/noodle dish. It was a nice light dish. Tarbot as main dish. It was delicious, but the cheese wasn't necessary​. Then the creme brulee. It was served with little brownies and ice cream on the side. The chocolate didn't fit with the creme brulee . Overall a great restaurant. The aren't many restaurants like this. P.S: My mom said it was one of the best carpaccio she has eaten.
