Overall Schorse was a nice experience. The tables were not closely located, service was good, food was good, not very crowded and the atmosphere was also nice. The staff was friendly and professional.
We shared several dishes including steak tartare, frog legs, and a two stage duck dish. Tartare was delicious and went well with the roasted brioche. Could be prepared at the table however it was still fresh. The frog legs were tiny and the sauce was a bit too sweet. The first stage of the duck was average however the second stage with crispy skin and tender meat was delicious. Still the sauce was a bit sweet to my liking. They also offer a good selection of wines.
