We went as a groupe of 4 the most important thing was my wife enjoying her experience with the taste, it was a gastronomic experience not really a meal, I would imagine for the adventurous person who enjoys unusual things it’s nice. I wouldn’t go in the evening it’s a long drawn out night and not really something that I would like to do again. But I prefer full food not a degustation. For this it’s perfect. The people were nice and polite. There was no value for money at all it was stupidly expensive for what you get but that’s the game when you eat like that.

Best restaurant that we ate in during 2024 vacation to Paris, Loire and Normandy - go Anjou -- including a three star Michelin in Paris. Innovative, interesting, delicious, and great service. Especially liked the non-alcoholic beverage pairing. From those of us who have decided to avoid alcohol, hat's off.
