I cannot begin to say enough good things about Restaurant Showw. This was one of the best meals & experiences I've had, quite possibly the best. The courses were comfortable, yet inventive & the wine pairing with each course was simultaneously complementary & unique. The staff was AMAZING, their team made my husband & I feel so comfortable while continuing to keep us informed of all the wine & food, we were sad to leave at the end of the night after not only fantastic food, but the rapport built up with their team as well! I ordered the 6-course vegetarian + wine tasting, while my husband ordered the 5-course + wine tasting, which they did a fantastic job balancing the difference of our orders. Without a doubt, next time I'm in Amsterdam we will be back! Could not recommend this experience highly enough!

Everything is top notch, from the welcoming ambience and atmosphere to the tasty food and lavish wine list. The staff are great, friendly, unpretentious and made sure to convert our dinner into a memorable and pleasant experience and really helped the property shine ! The six course meal takes about 2 hours, but guests can choose to extend it with extra cheese options. Proper Michelin dining without any unnecessary burdens and such a lovely crew of staff members and cooks! Bravo, from the “beetroot loving” couple!

It was a real pleasure eating here. The main star was of course the food which was excellent. The onion soup and the kingfisg ceviche were standouts for us. The excellent non alcoholic drink pairing also deserves a special mention. It was interesting and worked very well with the dishes. Finally, the service really stood out to us. The staff was friendly and efficiënt. The pacing of dishes was also spot on. This is of course personal preference to some extent but we really felt they nailed it here. Also acknowledging our anniversary with a bit of fanfare was a very sweet and much appreciated touch. All in all would highly recommend for a special occasion.

I have had a few fine dining experiences and tasting menus. This was probably one of the if not THE best. Incredible. The food was amazing. Every single dish. The service was impeccable. Never seen anything like that. Highly recommended.

Me and my girlfriend had a great time here. We had the 6 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. The food was outstanding. Our favorite the sparibs, kingfish, duck and sweets. But it was all just amazing. 10/10 for us and surely return.

One of the best dining experiences that I had in my life! Everything was great: impeccable service that was also completely unpretentious at the same time, beautiful plating, delicious food, and the wine pairing was right on spot. They also accommodated my dietary restrictions with attention and creativeness. Can't recommend them enough!
