Restaurant Sillage

What a find in the off season. This place deserves a lot of credit for a great dining experience. The food is expertly plated and the tastes are delicate and refined. I had the Boar which was very tender and not gamey. The polenta was really excellent too. My wife had the fish which tasted wonderful as it was super fresh. I really enjoyed all the attention to details throughout the service and the cognac at the end was a great addition to my meal.

The Restaurant Sillage in the heart of the Ile d'Oleron offered a truly beautiful atmosphere that made our family dinner special. The flavors were incredible, showcasing unusual ingredients and combinations that impressed us. Every dish from their menu was excellent. Coupled with very good and friendly service, we had a fantastic time and everyone left completely satisfied - thank you Sillage team :-)

Probably the best restaurant on the island right now! Our dining experience was impeccable: each course displayed remarkable originality and creativity, boasting exceptional quality and balance, flawless preparation, and exquisite presentation. All of this was coupled with exceptional service, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and stunningly beautiful tableware that complements the menu perfectly. The wine selection was commendable, with a particularly wonderful suggestion. It really doesn't get much better than that! I’m sure it won't be long before this is a Michelin star restaurant!

An excellent little restaurant. Such a breath of fresh air in France. Wonderful tasty, well priced food, beautifully presented with fabulous flavours, excellent service and wine. This little restaurant offers exquisite fine dining at very reasonable prices.

What a treat we had in store in discovering this little gem of a restaurant. The food is wonderful, beautifully presented and the service is excellent, so rare these days. We wish Gabriele and Marie all the success they deserve. We will be back!

Nous avons été très bien reçu dans ce petit restaurant plein de charme, Malgré la présence de notre chien Nous avons très bien déjeuner. De très belles assiettes avec beaucoup de saveurs. À découvrir absolument après avoir réservé.

Très belle découverte de ce restaurant tenu par un jeune couple très sympathique. La cuisine est audacieuse et permet de découvrir de belles saveurs. Les plats sont raffinés et le service impeccable. Les prix sont très corrects au regard de la qualité. Le chef est visiblement un passionné. Ce restaurant mériterait largement une étoile. Nous reviendrons très vite !
