It was our last day at Les 3 Valle and came across this simply charming and cozy establishment set on the bottom of one of the piste at Saint Martin de Belleville. We had a 3 course bib gourmand lunch for 39 Euro, which composes of top quality ingredients, creative and finesse execution which definitely exceeds its value for money. We also ordered local wine and oysters, so fresh so delicious. Also kids menu availbale. We stayed for an almost 3 hour lunch (a bit long but why not) and was a perfectly satisfying end to our courchevel trip.

I lovely restaurant in the middle of a small village in Les Belleville Saint Martin. it looks a bit new, that decor is amazing. We were seated upstairs by the window. The food was great! Especially the pea ravioli pasta! Service was on point, Marie was simply fabulous! Stop by here hitting up the slopes.

If there’s one person who truly elevates the dining experience at Simple & Meilleur, it’s Charlotte. Her service is nothing short of exceptional—attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcome and ensures every detail of your meal is perfect. She goes above and beyond, making every visit memorable with her impeccable service and kindness. Without a doubt, Charlotte is the best in the entire village. If you’re dining at Simple & Meilleur, you’re in the best hands with her. A true gem!

My 3-course dishes were cleverly made and very delicious. Service is perfect and the location well designed. I would definitely come back again.

A reservation for 16 is never easy. We were told we were too loud, but had we had food in the first hour rather than just beer, we may have been quieter. Extremely slow service. 19h45 reservation. 21h00 and fondue just arriving. Luckily, we were told to order fondue if we wanted our meal more quickly! Imagine had we ordered the menu or anything but melted cheese. We also included 4 soups and a burger, which may have slowed things down. The food was fine, not exceptional as the prices would suggest. The wine list is good. Prepare to ransom a child for the most basic Cote du Rhône. And before you write me off as a "brit", je suis française avec ma famille anglaise.
