The best place in the city for a gastronomic experience. Excellent service and great value for money. Need one month in advance to reserve. The menu is changed every 3 weeks and I try go there for every new menu.:)

Pleasant surprise. I would say Topaze is the best quality food in the center of SNZ. Service is personalize and unique provided by the owner herself. Book in advance as there is high demand and only a few tables.

Très bon restaurant, les saveurs sont présentes, la cuisine raffinée et les accords mets vins est bonne. Le service est professionnel et les tables sont bien espacées ce qui respecte l'intimité de chacun. Cependant, j'ai trouvé cela assez cher, oui la qualité est là mais la quantité un peu moins. Nous avions pris 6 services à 63 euros le soir et les assiettes étaient minuscules. Certes, 6 services fait que nous n'aurions pas eu des grandes assiettes mais le filet mignon de porc devait faire 3cm x 2 cm. En 2 bouchées, c'était plié. Nous sommes ressortis en ayant faim et nous ne sommes pas de gros mangeurs habituellement. Pour être habitué aux grands restaurants, je trouve que le rapport quantité/prix n'est pas fou. 2 petits verres de vins pour 16 euros est un peu excessif lorsque la bouteille entière de vin rouge en coûte 8. Il existe d'autres restaurants à Saint-Nazaire ou sur la côté tout aussi bons et qualitatifs à moins cher. Le délai d'attente pour réserver est aussi très long. Il faut attendre plusieurs mois avant d'avoir une table. Nous avons été chanceux et avons eu une table en dernière minute grâce à une annulation. Si vous voulez y manger, prévoyez le coup plusieurs mois en avance. Dans l'ensemble, très bon restaurant mais prix un peu excessifs.
