Restaurant Tubladel

Well, the food is amazing. I would recommend, be prepared to pay for the experience. I don’t like being pampered or called sir, so I guess this was the only let down…… my wife and daughter shared the steak fillet which was magic and I enjoyed the pork. Finished with some local grappa which went down a treat.

The food at Tubladel is absolutely amazing – definitely worth trying and the place is well worth a visit. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the professionalism of the service. Some staff members seemed a bit lost, and one in particular switched between three different languages while speaking with us within just 30 minutes, which became quite confusing. With such excellent cuisine, a more polished and consistent service would really elevate the overall experience.

One of our favorite meal during the trip. Wish we could have discovered it earlier so can have more meals there. Every dish was great and so was the service. And the local beer was amazing too!

One of the best restaurants in the area. We made a reservation through our hotel. We arrived and the hostess was welcoming. We sat at our table. The decoration was beautiful. We ordered a variety of different food options. The appetizers were great, especially the salad. Main course: the veal was excellent and very tasty, and the gnocchi tartufo which was also pretty good. We also ordered a baked potato and French fries on the side, one of the best French fries I’ve ever tasted. We also ordered dessert very delicious. We had the tiramisu which was marvelous. The vanilla ice cream was one of the best in the region. We had the dessert special as well which was not bad, it was very good but not as good as the tiramisu. The restaurant is very nice and I definitely recommend to visit, but the only issue is that the service is very slow.

Great food and service with local cuisine! Probably the best restaurant we visited in Ortisei. It really made up after a bad experience we had elsewhere. Highly recommended!

One of the best meals we’ve had during our time in the Dolomites. Tubladel has such a warm atmosphere and truly delicious food. Definitely a place I’d come back to — and one worth saving if you’re ever nearby . We had the wild deer and lamb rack — both incredibly tender and flavorful. Perfectly cooked and beautifully paired with a local red wine. Recommended visiting

Dinner was great and the food was delicious, although some of the dishes were heavier on the salty side. The service was very slow and I was at the restaurant for 1.5 hours for just one person - but all of the other tables near me got all of their dishes shortly after they ordered (some of the same dishes) while I was waiting for a long time. The atmosphere and restaurant is very pleasant and beautiful. I don’t know if this was a unique experience but it felt slightly racist as I was the only person of color and I was treated this way.

This restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience! The service was excellent, with staff providing top-notch attention throughout the evening. The food was delightful, but the true star of the night was the dessert – fried ravioli filled with an incredible jam filling and served with ice cream. It was absolutely unforgettable and a must-try. The combination of great food, standout desserts, and impeccable service makes this place a real gem. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable meal!

Tubledel 5.0 One of the highest ranked restaurants in Ortisei. It is a well-deserved ranking. Although it was past the high season it was recommended to make a reservation. We were comfortably seated indoors. We enjoyed cocktails and ordered a bottle of wine. From the specials board, we shared a Tirolean style octopus as a starter (pictured). For the main courses we ordered the risotto with speck and the gnocchi with truffels (pictured). Both dishes were excellent. The gnocchi was perfect, it melted in your mouth. Overall, a wonderful meal from a highly recommended restaurant. Clearly one of the best in Ortisei.

Ate lunch here. Service was top notch and the decor was very Tyrolean, which I loved. I wasn't incredibly impressed with the dishes we selected. The tuna sashimi was a little funky. It seemed like there were dollops of sour cream (not sure what it actually was) with the tuna sashimi. My husband loved his lamb dish!

We loved Tubladel. This will go down as one of the best meals of my life (which seems to happen often in Italy...). The truffle gnocchi was spectacular (the black truffle flavor was very mild on it which I prefer), and the roe deer and marinated beef were both to die for. They had a very short list of by-the-glass wines so we just trusted them and were very pleased with what we got! My husband also loved the gin cocktail special for the night.
