Came here for my husband’s birthday lunch but left with huge disappointment. The price quality is not there in comparison to restaurants at this price range. Via prior email communication, Ukiyo said they would offer a biscuit with coffee/tea as a small birthday gesture but nobody mentioned it while we were there. Review update: my husband got food poisons as he ordered a raw meat dish which I didn’t order (he had no food prior to Ukiyo). We both emailed the restaurant informing them this possibility to avoid them serving this to others guests. The restaurant never got back to us. Do you not check your emails? Huge disappointment with Ukiyo and undoubtly the worst restaurant experience for us.
