*Mixed feelings about the restaurant.*
We chose the long tasting menu (€208 per person, excluding drinks). I’m a vegetarian.
The overall experience was good, as you’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. However, it’s worth mentioning that the meal took quite a long time — about 3 hours — and the gaps between courses felt too long.
The food itself was disappointing, especially as a vegetarian. They didn’t offer proper alternatives — I was simply served the side dish from the meat course, which was very disappointing.
Overall, the dishes were unique and detailed, but honestly not tasty enough. I won’t remember any particular dish.
*In summary*: a Michelin-level experience, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations.
