Restaurant Verbene

The art of pleasant dinning. We traveled to Koblenz spontaneously and got a table. I like the interior, a nice place to be. Courses are supreme. They offer a good selection of local wines. Service is a pleasure. I like the young team. I'm sure Verbene is heading for a star...at some point in time.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Detailed explanation of all the different wines and dishes. The quality was all top-notch, and we've had a superb evening. Compliments to all the staff, and if we're ever in Koblenz again we'll surely come back!

Exquisitely prepared and presented small dishes sourced from local ingredients, served in an intimate lovely minimalist setting. It’s a single menu with nine courses - there is also a vegetarian or vegan option for each. You can choose between five and nine courses. Each can be paired with a wine tasting from local wines or a juice tasting. Two people, six course with wine pairing was about 200 euros each.

We had a wonderful night here. The food was visually stunning and tasted fantastic. The staff were also great and really helped to make it a lovely birthday dinner for my wife.

A tiny cosy restaurant that blasts your palette with taste. Fantastic food and great plating..but most importantly, fantastic servers ... Will surely visit again.

The food was simple not for a Michelin star restaurant, when we arrived they let ud without anything for 15 min. Inside the menu there were 3 little breads with a tiny scoope of butter😳 very exoensive for the simple food.

Was in the city with a group of friends and wanted to treat them to a dinner because they had done so much for me on our trip. Found this place online and was able to call and get a reservation before we left the city. I grew up with a grandmother whose beets were so good that people not related to me came to get cans of them. I ordered the beets here and I instantly felt like I was home. The entire menu is life changing. A menu that changes how you view the river Rhein with vegetarian Fois Gras that demonstrates once unethical foods can be enjoyed ethically. I recommend following the wine pairings because I decided to order a bottle for the table and thought it was an amazing selection the chef has paired perfect accommodations. My friends appreciated me for finding this place and I appreciated this place for making me feel like a superhero.
