I visited Restaurant VIE for the second time, the first being shortly after opening, and it’s only gotten better. The dishes were beautifully composed, the scallop with gooseberry was fresh and vibrant, the monkfish with chanterelles deep and elegant, and the canette with pumpkin and apricot a standout. We had the wine pairing, which was exceptionally well thought through, the Jura with the monkfish and the Barolo with the canette were perfect matches. Service was attentive and warm throughout, making for a memorable evening.
