Had my lunch here and the Chef’s signature dish, fois gras with sugared bread was excellent 10++. As was the rest. Fries however not so much. They where freshly cut from new potatoes and perfectly fried, but soggy. I would know bc i eat more often fries than this terrific lunch and the best fries are piping hot, fluffy on the inside and crispy golden on the outside. Should leave hardly a trace of oil on fingers and have a good potato flavour. It had all hat besides the crunchiness. But is that a bad thing? Not at all. I would go here anytime again. 10/5 stars if it were possible.
