Amazing food and experience. We had the 6 course menu and some cocktails. Definitely will be back.

The team, led by an incredibly talented and knowledgeable chef, exudes passion and expertise in every aspect of the dining experience. It’s clear that they take great pride in both their craft and their guests' enjoyment. I highly recommend opting for the “all-in” experience with the wine pairing—it’s truly a feast for both the senses and the soul. Each course, paired perfectly with a selection of wines, tells a beautiful and intricate story that is sure to amaze your taste buds. It’s not just a meal, but a celebration of flavor and craftsmanship. The staff, incredibly friendly and attentive, ensure that every moment is memorable. Very good restaurant. Fantastic food served up by wonderful, dedicated owners/staff. Have been enjoying their creations for many, many years. Not cheap, but well worth the experience. Highly recommended.

Had my lunch here and the Chef’s signature dish, fois gras with sugared bread was excellent 10++. As was the rest. Fries however not so much. They where freshly cut from new potatoes and perfectly fried, but soggy. I would know bc i eat more often fries than this terrific lunch and the best fries are piping hot, fluffy on the inside and crispy golden on the outside. Should leave hardly a trace of oil on fingers and have a good potato flavour. It had all hat besides the crunchiness. But is that a bad thing? Not at all. I would go here anytime again. 10/5 stars if it were possible.

Ruche is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! The cuisine is exquisite, with each dish crafted like a work of art. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The elegant and stylish interior makes dining here truly special. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates fine dining and top-notch service!

Great fine dining in den Haag love their dégustation menu. Special kudos for this Bloody Mary oyster !
