An absolute wonderful experience from start to finish. Giselle was gracious and very helpful with information. With the Feria on the streets the atmosphere was perfectly calm and tranquil. The food simply amazing!!! we had some logistic changes in our reservations and they accommodated them very professionally. I will definitely return next time in Nimes and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high dining experience!

My guests and I had a wonderful experience at the Restaurant Vincent Croizard. The entrance to the restaurant was intriguing (you have to ring the bell). It was very clean and welcoming. The staff were very patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. They explained the different dishes graciously. We went from discovery to discovery and our palets were more than satisfied. The decor was exquisite and refined, lots of plants. The table was nicely set with fine porcelaine. And I was surprised with a special birthday dessert. An extraordinary experience! Thank you.

A real treasure in Nimes. Warm and welcoming, the service is impeccable and as charming as the eclectic interior. The food just got better and better with each course. Bursting with unexpected flavours. Wonderful wine list with an excellent selection by the glass.

One of my favorite restaurant in Nimes, The cuisine is perfect, innovative and the prices very decent. The wine are excellent and choosen in function of the meals. The only place where I don't discuss the wine selection, the owner is great in the art of allying wine and food

The fusion of different flavours is always an eating experience of a Michelin quality. It never disappoints. Each course is a revelation. Service is personal, one feels appreciated as a customer.

Always a special experience here. M & Mme Croizard provide wonderful creative dishes in an intimate setting. We will be back on our next visit to Nimes.

This was the best evening I have ever had. The food, is incredible. The service, super professional. The wine, which was recommended, was beautiful. The restaurant garden was very well presented and it all made for a beautiful birthday surprise. Will visit again. Thank you to the whole team for an experience I will never forget. You made a visit to Nîmes extra special.
