We had a delicious lunch here. The experience was similar to that of a very expensive restaurant for a better price. The food was made with care and the student waiters helping us were knowledgeable. They made sure any questions we had were answered and catered to our dietary needs. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people looking to eat refined delicious food.

Staff was really friendly. I think it's great that they let students learn and apply practical work. We had the 6 course meal with the accompanied wine. I totally recommend! Our entire dinner lasted around 3 hours, which was a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The food was also exceptional with amazing quality. The vegetables are grown in the garden so you eat from the source! The ratios are small but it's totally worth it. You pay for the culinary journey and not to get full. One of best food I tasted! Only thing I didnt enjoy was a dish that involved wild garlic and crab, it was too salty but that is personal preference.

I have visited 3 times now and the food never fails to amaze me. From the unexpected ingredient combinations to the outstanding presentation, every bite was a delightful adventure. Vegetarian alternatives always on point. The service is warm and attentive. The restaurant's stunning ambience, indoors and outdoors, makes it the perfect place to dine. Wannee sets a standard for culinary excellence, and I cannot wait to return soon!

Went there for my birthday as we wanted to try fine dining. It is difficult to book over the weekend, so make sure you do it on time. The place is a student restaurant where students of the nearby hospitality school serve the dishes. We went for the full tasting menu of 6 course with 6 wines, it costs 120 EUR in total and it's plenty. Everything tasted good quality and delicious, the menu compliments the season to be able to use more fresh ingredients (asparagus in our case). Service was good and explanations were satisfactory for an average foodie. We had a great time but please be prepared for at least a 3 hour show if you choose the full menu (which I highly recommend!)

Fine dining at an affordable price point. The Korean Fried Cauliflower (KFC) is out of this world, in a good way :) Dessert was also really good. The main course could use a little seasoning. Excellent service!

The restaurant is a part of Stenden Hotelmanagement School which means you are being served by students. That's no problem but it may be that it is not always very professional. I don't really get the food philosophy though. It seems to be that Wannee enforces a 20%/80% rule if it comes to meat and vegetable ingredients. Not always to my liking to be honest.

Fantastic Dine out 80 % of the ingredients from biological farms and only 20% meat products. Celeriac and chicory for starter - perfect enchance with baby mushroom Pan cabbage with fish and caviar on top. The sauce is outrageous. Leek and potatoes with the strong texture of the leek to be oustanding. Wine is excellent and service to high standard.
