Zen in Paris offers excellent service with efficient and multilingual staff who truly enhance the dining experience. However, the food didn’t quite live up to the hype for us, with some dishes standing out more than others. The beef tataki was the highlight for me—perfectly prepared and flavorful. On the other hand, my husband found the teriyaki chicken overly sweet, and the butchering style wasn’t to his preference. The nigiri and maki were fine but didn’t meet my expectations, especially compared to the sushi I’m accustomed to in California. The fish slices were very thin, and a few pieces didn’t taste or look quite right. While we appreciated the attentive service, the overall experience felt inconsistent with the high praise we’d heard.

What a great restaurant. We had space in the lower section of the restaurant. It’s a modern Japanese style interior. The service is very friendly and helps you with everything. The food tasted so good. It reminded me of Japan. The unagi was very creamy and so delicious. I highly recommend a dinner here.

High quality japanese food at reasonable price, and not forgetting the excellent service! All these are the reasons why I visited the restaurant three times in just one week! To be honest, I was sceptical about my first visit as the restaurant is close to the Louvre, and i can't help thinking it might be a tourist trap. It's totally wrong! It has become our go-to restaurant when we crave japanese food!

As someone who was lucky enough to have visited Japan 8 times, this is the only place where I really enjoy eating sushi in Paris. Aside from sushi, every dish is tastefully designed and brings out the most refined flavours. I can't wait for our next visit.

For mediocre fish quality i felt that we paid quite a lot. This restaurant has several michelin stars but compared to other michelin starred sushi restaurants this was ok-ish at best but for a relatively steep price (>80€ with two drinks). For karaage they used a very juicy chicken, the marinade could have been more flavourful though. Staff was very quick and friendly.

Delectable authentic Japanese food. This restaurant should be on your list of places to visit. The ingredients are exceptionally fresh, and everything on the menu is delicious, so you can't go wrong with any order. There is also a nice selection of Japanese sake to round out the entire meal.

Great food one 8f the best sushi sashimi for a long time prices are high but its kind of okay for what you get. Nice servoce, for this prices the ambiente, chairs and decoration could be better
