If you don’t have time to do a hunt come for lunch anyway - this is truffle lovers heaven.
From the moment you walk through the door you’re smacked in the nostrils with the earthy aroma of fresh truffle.
Part museum, lab, gourmet shop and restaurant it’s an absolute delight.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the menu is short but perfectly showcased the best of truffle (fresh black summer Truffle for our visit). The carpaccio, pasta and iced cream were celebrations of truffle - from subtle to punchy and perfectly balanced. Showering our pasta with freshly shaved truffle at the table was a highlight.
We paired our dishes with a glass of crisp dry Istrian Malvasia which was the perfect match, and made for an unforgettable culinary .
