Adaly

"A family-run, bistro-style restaurant with a simple rustic-cum-contemporary decor with the father Julio in charge of the dining room and his son Eduardo manning the stoves. The clear focus on the concise à la carte is on top-quality ingredients which are used to create contemporary dishes with a strong gastronomic base, mainly resulting from the number of years spent by Edu Guerrero working at El Bohío in Illescas, alongside celebrity chef Pepe Rodríguez. The result is honest cuisine that showcases time-honoured flavours." - Michelin Inspector

Slightly mixed experience I had with my girlfriend. The people are great, attentive service and helpful. I found the interior to be a bit inconsistent and all over the place, which made it difficult to really feel at home. The food is quite good. We really enjoyed the leek with the two sauces and the complimentary starter. The mains were alright. I am no fan of a large piece of meat or fish with almost non-existent sides. It just doesn't make for a great culinary experience. I had half an onion (delicious) with my lamb. My girlfriend a little bit of greens with a massive piece of fish. For that to work the main element has to blow you out of the water. In this case it was merely good.

Cozy restaurant with a small but delicious variety of dishes. I specially enjoyed the raviolis of cocido and the lamb. They take care of every detail. I didn’t give them a 4 cause our waiter was cold and not very friendly.

Is absolutely exquisite! The menu features a delightful fusion of flavors, with each dish crafted to perfection. I highly recommend trying the starters and fish for main, which was bursting with fresh ingredients and expertly balanced flavors. The presentation was stunning, making each plate a work of art. Moreover, the ambiance enhances the dining experience. The decor is chic and contemporary, yet cozy enough to make you feel right at home.

We were there on a Saturday night for a table for 2. We had the MENÚ DEGUSTACIÓN ESENCIA which was a fun surprise for new flavours and combinations. The personal was very nice also with accommodating our english demands. Not my first time and definitely not my last!

Very nice place. They definitely deserve their Michelin recommendation. Food: Delicious food. I had the pichón and my friend had the cordero. The meat was amazing (especially the cordero), and so was the presentation of the dishes. Note that there's no vegetarian food though. Staff Very professional and kind Ambiance: Very nice: only a few tables (8 if I remember correctly) and small groups which made it cosy and intimate, nice lightning and pretty table setting Price: Average starter 18 euros average main course 25-30 euros average desert 8 euros glass of wine: approx 5 euros

The restaurant is spacious and deep and has good amount of tables. The design of place is beautiful and decent. The staff was really friendly and helpful, also they were very caring for all the details. We ordered Risotto De Trigo, Canelón De Cocido, Pluma Ibérica Y Maíz, Callos Y Chicharrones, Sorbete De Mango and Tarta Líquida De Santiago. Everything was delicious, we especially love Pluma Ibérica Y Maíz, it was so tender and flavory. They were also separating the Callos for us to 2 small pot when we told them we will share it, so we can eat it more comfortable. It is a great place if you would like to try traditional Spanish dishes with some new ideas. They also offer the tasting menu for 70 EUR per person, so you can try more things in once with smaller amount.

Enjoyed a lovely menu of the day meal expertly prepared by the chef and excellent service by Eunice and staff. This is a gem of a neighborhood spot well worth the price for the high quality of food. I will be back.
