Excellent over everything! We had the Cordero and it was awesome, tender and large portion. The sommelier suggested us a great local red wine. The location is lovely and the environment is relaxing, perfect for a romantic dinner!

A nice restaurant, where they gave us the best table, a round one. The waiter was a bit strange, he was nervous and forgetful but really willing to please, and he did do a good job in the end, constantly asking if we were all right. The best was the lamb roast, closely followed by the Torrija dessert.

The best asador in Spain! 45 minutes from Madrid, near the beautiful town of Segovia. Great service, and delicious lamb, cochinillo and morcilla de Burgos, with all the sides to complement. Worth the travel, then stroll trough Segovia.

Brilliant food and comfy place, might be better to book ahead if you want the cochinillo but it'll be worth it!

I have been coming often to this restaurant since I was a kid. I always rated it amongst the top 3 in Segovia. I keep my rating after going back again in Aug '22. Why? - Great service - they keep their 'star dishes' (verduritas fritas) in the menu while Introducing some seasonal ones very interesting (salmorejo with a cheese bomb, a must) - their oven: let me be straight here, if you look for a proper roasted lamb, this is definitely your place - prices not going to the moon in a world where everything else is. 5 stars.

Got here at 3:30PM and it was still packed with birthdays, confirmations, Christenings. It’s a place just outside of Segovia that’s known to locals, and not many else. They don’t bother with the cutting of the meat with plates, that’s for tourists. Bring an appetite and skip the appetizers because the delicious roast lamb and pork we had could feed an army!

This restaurant is really special, the gastronomic experience was excellent, the staff is kind and professional. Definitely will come back and highly recommend.
