I reserved there for valentine’s day dinner and it was amazing. The food was exceptional and the wine too! The service is impeccable and everyone was so nice. I sent them an email before arriving that i was pregnant and would love if they don’t use raw meat or eggs for dinner, and the response came back positive. Perfect dinner.

That was the best food experience in Málaga! Fantastic cuisine, best octopus in my life. Great vine card. For the desert my recommendation is Tiramisu with goat cheese. Five stars ⭐️

I recently visited Balausta in the heart of Malaga, and I was very impressed by the experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, with a chill vibe that made me feel at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warmth of the restaurant. The food was satisfying and priced appropriately, making it a great choice for those looking for a casual dining experience. While it may not be gourmet, it delivers on quality and flavor. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Balausta to anyone exploring Malaga and looking for a relaxed, enjoyable meal in a lovely setting.

Absolutely one of my fave spots in Malaga old town. A peaceful tranquil haven in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. Elegant dining with slick service, a fantastic cocktail menu and wine list. Servers are happy to give you their recommendations and all of the food was delicious.

Forget what you've just read here about "poor, slow service" This place is incredible. Not just the food but also the staff, They were extremely friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the dishes. They genuinely couldn't of done better. The food was out of this world and delicious from starters to dessert. Both me and my wife agree that it was the best meal/experience of our stay in Málaga Thank you

I must say, this was one of the most delicious meals i’ve ever had. The food is amazing but the service can be improved. We have waited more than 15 minutes to order, but once ordered the food came quickly. The staff didn’t even come once to pour the wine for us, never asked how the food is (although it was delicious, it is expected that in this kind of a restaurant the service will be more attentive), and the first waiter didn’t really know to recommend a wine for the food we ordered. After he took our initial order, he switched with another waitress, which knew more about the wine and the food. The manager also attended some tables, but never asked if it was all good on our table. Anyway, i strongly recommend this restaurant for the food, but don’t set your expectations too high on the service side.

Very nice building . Nice helpful staff. A little over priced for what you get. We went two times and had some good food and some not quite so good. I had meatballs which were very salty and not enjoyable. However the slow cooked goat shoulder was very good. But 42 euros.. their bread with oil is very nice but 7 euro for two of us. Would recommend trying this place if you are happy to pay extra for a very nice exclusive location
