Restaurante Beldade

Lovely restaurant at the outskirts of Tui surrounded by vineyards and valleys. Perfect location to enjoy a fantastic culinary experience. The restaurant has two dinning indoor floors and a terrace/outdoor dinning area. There are set menus (from 29€ to 69€ plus drinks) and a la carte options. We chose the 49€ Beldade menu (7 dishes) and it was good enough for a proper lunch. The restaurant was almost empty (4 tables occupied), which helped to enjoy even more of the lunch experience. Portions are aligned with a high dining restaurant and very delicious. The menu was well balanced and perfectly designed for summer (cold soups, small cold bites). The staff was super nice and very attentive. A nice wine list with several local options, which I highly recommend. In a nutshell, a lovely restaurant seeking its first Michelin star.

“…Awful, simple, soulless, cold, unpleasant, unfriendly, regrettable…” Uncooked onions, vinagre taste, flavourless, weird product combinations… One dish needed to go away, taste was terrible, however we got not a single apology or optional dish change. Staff is cold unfriendly. Site is beautiful. Wine list is good. But not planning to go again soon.

Six of us dined on a Wednesday afternoon. First, we had a lovely table before a large picture window overlooking the hills and vineyards. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and excessively kind. She recommended several wonderful wines from local producers growing heirloom grapes. We all had the tasting menu, too many dishes to remember, but each was beautiful on the plate, featuring a combination of fresh, fermented, smoked, and cooked vegetables, fruits, fish, and meats. Many thanks to our server and chef for a wonderful afternoon.

The best restaurant around! Delicious and good food, superb wine pairing, excellent service, friendly staff. Every dish was lovely, would return to morrow if I could. Absolutely worth the detour.

An absolute wonder! As a guest you are treated to amazing food, while sitting in a beautiful mountain setting, surrounded by vineyards. The flavors and presentation are equally creative. Beginning to end…a delight!

What a wonderful, well curated, beautifully executed and cared-for tasting menu we experienced at this gorgeous setting. The service was excellent and I would return again and again if I could! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant to anyone who likes to taste local ingredients served with love. Exceptional!

Lovely surroundings and views. In the restaurant it is spacious but intimate too - everything very highest quality - service, staff, wine and food. Food is inventive and delicious. Amazing!
