Tbh, I'm surprised this place has so many good reviews, and perhaps it was just bad luck, but on the two occasions I've gone, the food has been pretty sub par, especially for a Michelin recommended restaurant. First of all, the menu is kindof a mess, absolutely nothing on the lighter side of the spectrum to balance... the "couvert" is 4 fried pastels, mortadella, and definitely an old portion of caponatta that was tasting carbonated/fermented. The "artichoke" appetizer is basically 4 tiny pieces of fried artichoke hearts and a large plate of mediocre "carpaccio" covered in parmesan cheese. The carpaccio was a weird portion of grey and fatty meat, and very chewy, not what you use for a carpaccio. The main courses were better, but by then, over an hour after we ordered, it was hard to really enjoy them. That said, the Wellington and Papardelle were both good, but still overall, I won't be coming back and I think there's a lot better restaurants in Sao Paulo. I also found it strange that the lunch and dinner menus were exactly the same. Just feels lazy.
