The tuna tartar was hands down the best I’ve ever had. That dish alone was worth five stars, but the great food kept coming. They serve a charcoal crusted Iberico that will blow you away. The chef is so confident in the quality of the meat, the perfection of the preparation and the flavor of the charcoal that he only compliments it with a subtle sauce. Other dishes are flavor forward, like the fish and the addictive croquettes. Finally, you can tell that they care deeply about the restaurant based on the service. It’s not stuffy or formal, but it is personal and attentive. The chef/owner is in the dining room every few minutes, coordinating with the front of the house and speaking with guests to ensure a great experience.
Don’t skip dessert! A perfect end to a memorable meal.
