Restaurante Chipi-Chipi

Chi-Pichi was an amazing experience, with amazing local home-mode food. We can agree that it is the best restaurant in la Palma with a really nice athmospehre, and a really good service leading by a Cuban waiter. The food was delicious and we really rocommend the place and the waterfall!!!! Tarta the quest- MAGNIFICENT

The perfect place to eat if you're on La Palma. Price and quality is amazingly good. The waiters are very friendly and willing to inform you about anything (besides the food).

Everything about this place is 5 star, food is delicious, staff were very friendly even absolutely rushed off their feet they all had happy faces and gave a professional service, especially Carmen and Orlando who served us. There are little rooms to eat in, offering privacy with your family while enjoying the amazing food. Prices are very cheap and one of the best places I have ever been to, been here several times and will always go when visiting La Palma.

The experience was like eating in the jungle. Super cool design, nature close atmosphere and very nice and friendly staff. We tried the steak which was very tasty and the Canarian vegetable soup which was super, a real warm and comfy dish. I recommend the place for a nice experience in the island of La Palma.

Very nice simple food, good value for money and great service. Wrap up warm if you're eating in the evening in winter though. We sat inside but there's no heating and the doors and windows were left open so you need a couple of layers and a coat on !

Absolutely not recommending. Only one waiter was speaking some English but not much. The rabbit was dry. The goat was old and greasy. The desserts were too sweet, taste like cheap chocolate, cheap whipped cream with sugar. They put a basket of pan on a table with mojo, that we didn’t asked for. We didn’t even touched the bread yet they still put it on the check. We had to ask to them to remove it from the receipt. The turtles were cute.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon - it was packed full of locals, always a good sign. The staff was attentive, I didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Best queso asado so far, really good cod and stewed goat. Portions are generous. Will be back to try a steak, they looked delicious! The slightly overgrown patio gives the restaurant a great atmosphere - it feels like it blends into the hill. Turtles and birds could use bigger enclosures - if you are adamant on keeping animals please give them decent living conditions! (Yes, the irony of writing this after commenting on meat quality is not lost on me...)
