Very nice and quiet location. Steak Chaufa and Ceviche Mixto was amazing. Very good. Will definitely return. They also sell pastries of all sorts. Plenty of parking in front due to being located in a plaza.

I had the pleasure of dining at this Colombian-Peruvian fusion restaurant, and it was an incredible experience. The flavors are rich, authentic, and beautifully blended, offering the best of both cuisines in every bite. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a great meal with friends or family. The service was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to taste something truly special.

I was brought here today by a friend who eats here quite often. I was told I have to try the Freddie Burger and I was amazed at the size of it and that it also had grilled chicken on it. Let's just say I ate every bite of that thing and had no room for dessert 😋 I will be going back and they also have lovely waitresses. Thank you Freddie for a wonderful eating experience!

I’ve been coming to Freddie Restaurant a few times in the last two months. It is a fusion Colombian Peruvian restaurant having well prepared dishes from both countries. Today I came for breakfast. Everything was well prepared and the attention #1 as the prior times I came for lunch. This time I had the pleasure to be served by “Lore” who provided excellent service. Kind courteous service with a smile. Going back to the food: the eggs, balón and coffee were very well prepared. The bread fresh and delicious; the way I like it. The only exception was the Peruvian Tamal. It was old and dry. Overall, I do recommend Freddie Restaurant. The food is well prepared and tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming, and warm. The service great. Give it a try.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is clean. It looks and it smells clean!! The service is a complete 10. I didn’t get her name, but I was there 9/29/2025 with my mom. The lady was very attentive and extremely nice. We only had soup and tostones con queso….the soup was very good and the tostones with the hot sauce she gave me is the reason I will continue to visit!!! Go try it….run don’t walk!!

The Food here is amazing. Probably the best Peruvian Chicken Entree I've ever had in South Florida. Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant is spotless clean and my Server Kathelene was incredible. I'll be back.

Freddie Restaurant & Bakery @freddie_restaurant Tamarac, FL Swung in for a quick breakfast. The Cafe con Leche was made perfectly. Gave me the boost I needed! The Spinach empanada was too good! I stopped in for lunch since it looked interesting from the outside. I was very disappointed. First of all, there was only one staff member that spoke English. The rest of them only spoke Spanish. I ordered the grilled chicken breast, fries and bean. The chicken tasted like rubber and was so bland. The portion size was ok but the food just didn't taste great. Also, they don't have free refills on soda because everything is in cans. Really? I though every restaurant offers free soda refills. I was wrong! The server was nice but not that sharp. I think this is more of a locals joint where they go and everybody knows each other. I don't plan on going back.

Amazing place an real good Colombian and Peruvian taste. Highly recommended! the food has the authentic flavor of our countries. I love the Bandeja Paisa as well the empanadas.

8/20/24 Went in with high hopes to enjoy some fresh Columbian empanadas and any other items but was so disappointed on several levels. Before I say what was disappointing, I just want to say that it was clean and a nice establishment. Which makes it so much worse that the customer service and food was bad. There was no line and the 3 girls at the counter barely acknowledged me. They were loudly discussing their shifts for the next day instead of tending to the customer. One girl was very nice. While i knew it was way overpriced for the very small empanada, I still went ahead and ordered a few things. One girl heated them up in a toaster oven for about 4 min. I paid and left. Maybe the toaster is broken because the empanadas and pan de Bono were ice cold. There was even some type of Powdered sugar on the pan de Bono which was not a pleasant experience. Super bummer because I was looking forward to supporting a new Latin restaurant near home. We will not be returning. If they can work on this the establishment will be great.

This place is probably just to be a bakery and forget about cooking food. Then again I've never had pastry there however I had some food here and was sick for a whole week . Food is horrible !!

We love the family combo ( can eat 6 people) the Peruvian empapada and Colombia pan de bono delicious and arroz chaufa buenazoooo!!!!we really love it, at least Miami price that everything is expensive

4 of us (English speakers) tried this place. Servers were surprised that we could not speak Spanish but the servers were very kind to try to communicate us. We ordered grilled chicken, beef and Peruvian fried rice. We loved them so much. Desert and coffee were so good. We are definitely going back!!!

spent 21 on a bandeja paisa and it was the worst. The meat was of the lowest quality and everything was so bland. this has by far been the worst dish ive had at a latin place.

we did an order to pick up and when we got there they got the wrong order, we asked them if they could change it and they said that we had to pay and they couldn't change it, so we left cause we didn't wanted that then an old man came following us outside screaming at us and being so rude with my kids in the car seeing everything that happened. do not go there! really bad service.
