Tried the tuna carpaccio for the first time – an absolute delight on the palate. Followed by the dark seafood rice pan, which was also incredibly tasty. The wine, the restaurant, the refined atmosphere, and the service were all excellent.

The service was really good but I can’t believe I paid 25€ for this gambas à la plancha and another 20€ for artichokes.. 50€ a lunch in a desert beach with a bottle of water.. are you guys crazy or what?

This review is for the restaurant not hotel. Overall I felt the service was very good but the food was not worth the price. The tomatoes in our tomato and tuna salad were not ripe all the way and lacked flavor. The squid ink rice needed some acidity and was not enjoyable. The tuna taster was fine but just fine. I’ve seen it done better at other restaurants. Overall this is a nice restaurant and perhaps we ordered wrong but I’m not sure I’d call this Michelin guide worthy.

The location is excellent, just in front of the beach so you can jump off the bed right into the water. The service is otherworldly, I was absolutely amazed with how they went above and beyond amability and professionalism to help me with an incident I had. Really happy overall and the food I had while I was there was delicious. Totally recommend. 11/10

Everything we ate was delicious, lots of fresh tuna and tasty prawns. Lovely decor, friendly service and clean toilets. Excellent proximity to the beach and a fabulous vantage point for a sunset. Definitely recommend.

This review is for the restaurant. Incredible find. Excellent service. We walked in without a reservation and they were very accommodating which is rare in the area. The food was expertly prepared and well served. Impecable service and the place has privileged views and nice modern decor . I Recommend the fresh tuna belly ( Toro) and arroz con carabineros

Great and the best restaurant of the area! No matter what you are ordering, as all is so delicious. I recommend you plate of Tuna ( different parts of Tuna - I love Lomo & Morillo), or only lomo tartar, white shrimp and the fish of day! Fish of day is special and unique of the area.

Restored my faith in atún. After some bad experiences eating tuna in the region I had low expectations of El Alférez, particularly as it's located on a hippy surfing beach. I'm glad to say that the food and service were amazing. Not just the atún crudo, but the tortillitas de camarones, corvina a la plancha, and other dishes were all top quality.
