My 152nd Michelin restaurant experience. At El Corral del Indianu, you have to respect what is going on here, as the chef clearly goes for it. Ingredient combinations that shouldn't make sense are plunged together as if concocted my a mad scientist. While some of them really don't work (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), enough of them do, and Id rather dine 10 times out of 10 at a place where a chef is constantly pushing the boundaries than a place where a chef no longer (or never) cared. The price point of 91 euros for around 15 bites also feels like a steal, if only they had enough servers (less than five serve the entire restaurant, leading to overly long delays bringing dishes or getting your check). So overall not quite worthy of 5 stars due to some taste misses and lack of servers, but still worth a visit considering the value.
