One of the better tasting menus I had at a bib gourmand in Andalucia.
Highlights: carabinero carpaccio, slices of iberico presa, mazamorra, oxtail foie lasagne. Very memorable dishes.
Less happy with the pluma iberica (too cooked for my liking and less tender and juicy than expected, the pesto also overpowered the dish), and cod with sobrasada (just don’t think those flavours went well together).
Overall can recommend and would return.
